Terms & Conditions

All bookings are confirmed with a 30% deposit of the total amount via secure payment link. The remaining 70% is paid to the driver on the day of service, in cash (EUR) or by card.

• 7+ days before service: 100% deposit refund
• Less than 7 days before service: deposit forfeit
• No-show (absent at pickup time): 100% of total amount charged

• Airport arrivals: we monitor your flight in real time. No extra charge for delays up to 1 hour after scheduled arrival.
• Hotel and other pickups: 60-minute grace period included. Beyond 1 hour, additional waiting may be accommodated at €30 per hour (pro-rated), subject to driver availability — our schedules reserve buffer time for the day's other bookings.
• Disposal & tours: contracted hours included; additional hours billed at €45/hr (sedan) or €80/hr (V-Class).

• Date or time change with more than 24 hours notice: free
• Date or time change with less than 24 hours notice: €25 admin fee
• Vehicle upgrade: pay the difference
• Vehicle downgrade: refund of difference, booking continues

In the event of strikes, natural disasters, embargoes, civil unrest, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond reasonable control, the booking is refunded in full.

• Pets: allowed with prior notice. Service animals always welcome.
• Cleaning fee: €100 for damage or stains to the vehicle (vomit, food spills, smoking).
• Lost & found: items returned within 7 days, shipping at customer's cost.
