1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

Booking and quote forms: your name, contact details (email, phone), trip details (date, time, pickup and drop-off), flight or ship number and number of passengers.
Communications: messages you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email. An AI assistant may answer your messages first, on our behalf.
Payments: deposits are paid through Viva. Your card details are entered on Viva's secure payment page and handled by Viva; we do not receive or store your full card details.
Cookies and analytics: only if you accept them (see section 5).

3. Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out your booking (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To keep booking, invoicing and tax records as required by law (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
To measure website traffic and advertising performance, only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Who we share it with

Your chauffeur: the trip details needed to carry out your transfer (name, pickup, time, flight number, passengers, contact phone) are shared with the chauffeur assigned to your booking.
Partner platforms: when your booking comes to us through a partner platform, we exchange the booking details with that partner.
Viva: processes deposit payments.
Google and Meta: receive analytics and advertising data only if you accept cookies.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Cookies

When you first visit, we ask for your choice. With “Only essential”, no analytics or advertising cookies are set. We only store your choice in your browser (local storage).

With “Accept all”, we load:

Google Analytics 4 – website statistics
Google Ads – measuring bookings and contacts from our ads
Meta Pixel – measuring visits and contacts from our Facebook and Instagram ads

These tools are not loaded before you accept, and Google Consent Mode keeps all advertising and analytics storage set to “denied” until you do. You can change your choice at any time:

6. How long we keep it

Bookings, invoices and tax records: for the period required by Greek law.
Enquiries and quotes that did not lead to a booking: up to 24 months.
Your cookie choice: until you change it or clear your browser data.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at [email protected].
